V A “Wonderful accommodation, a great and tranquil escape”

The location is close to Liskeard and main roads for getting out and about. The setting is fabulous, a beautiful spot, extremely peaceful and quiet. The Lodge is perfect for a couple on a romantic getaway or just to escape from the everyday. Everything you need is here and the use of the log burner stove makes it so cozy. A very comfortable bed, quality bedding and towels add to the overall comfort. Sitting out under the veranda (even when its raining) overlooking the woodland stream is magical. The owners are really lovely and so helpful. I would definitely recommend highly.

We stayed in the mill for four nights and it was fantastic. The location is magical - you are tucked away and feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, but then you can get out to the A38 very easily to explore further afield. The hosts have thought of everything in terms of practicalities with the accommodation and it was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

The lodge was located in a quiet and idyllic spot near a lovely river and mill. It was very well furnished and we particularly enjoyed the log burner. The bed was comfortable and Wifi excellent. We really enjoyed our short stay at the Lodge and would stay there again.
