We had great communication regarding key collection and free parking, the property was lovely clean and tidy with great decor. The hills were quite steep and a bit of a climb but have had far worse in Cornwall. I and 3 People who stayed here were all very impressed with the property and value. All facilities and extra available at the house.

Avoca is a lovely period property, and was very comfortable and convenient for East and West Looe, no street parking outside the property but found spaces close by, thanks for a lovely week, John and Tina.
