Breakfast was a 5 min drive into Looe the next morning, the owner informed us of a local pub with sea shanty men singing, he was very attentive and made sure our one night stay was a good stay. The bed was very comfy, the tea and coffee making facilities were exceptional and the room was tastefully decorated and there was a lovely bath too, roomy room and comfy too.

The host, David, was very helpful and welcoming. His local knowledge was excellent. My room was clean and comfortable, with a kettle and good supply of coffee and tea. The en suite bathroom was very clean, and the shower worked well. On street parking was available just outside the property and it is just a few minutes walk from the town centre.

David was a real star , very helpful and friendly he gets ☆☆☆☆☆ my partner and myself become real good friends over the 4 days we stayed with him . We can't wait to go back and stay there again for a week . Thank you David we will definitely see you soon .

The property was really well maintained and nice and bright with a huge comfy bed. David was great for a chat and he thought of everything with the great set up. Quiet neighbourhood and parking was easy at the front.
