Great property, just what we wanted for our trip to visit Knepp. Penelope is a shepherd's hut, beautiful location, with everything we needed, plus very comfortable and clean. Barbecue/fire pit made the experience even better, as we really did feel like we were out in nature. If it had had rained, there was a compact hob inside for cooking and tv with videos. Salena was great at welcoming us and making sure we had everything we needed. Excellent experience, perfect for walks. Thanks Salena!

We had a wonderful one night stay at Penelope. The owners were a stones throw away and really friendly and accommodating. The location was gorgeous and it was really close to number of incredible places to visit for day trips. The cabin itself was really nice, super clean and comfortable. The outside area is perfect as well as it gives you that little bit of extra room.

Clean and lovely staff who were very helpful. Comfortable bed and a very nice view. A good place to stay if you’re going to a wedding etc in the area as they also run a taxi service.

The location was perfect as we were walking the West Sussex Literary trail. So lovely to wake up in beautiful surroundings!
