Edmonton Lodge was spotlessly clean and everything we could possibly need was provided. The furnishings and appliances inside the lodge were of a high quality and much look brand new. The situation, overlooking the water, was excellent and very relaxing. There was even a welcome pack with a bottle of wine, which was much appreciated. The resident ducks are also very cute.

Very well maintained and beautifully furnished. Love all the little touches such as mini toiletries, welcome pack and cleaning products x it’s definitely a (luxury) home from home.

The Lodge is very well kept, we stay in a number of these style of lodges each year and you could really tell that the owners looked after it. The lodge is very welcoming and homely and benefits from good internet access. The balcony backs off onto a large pond and views to pendle hill, there is a nice leisurely stroll around the big lake and site is very quiet. The owners left a few drinks and sweets to enjoy and had put up the christmas decorations which was a great bonus. We will look to return when we need a short weekend away.
