The Haybarn was well appointed, very warm and comfortable. it had a lovely homely feel, surrounded by lovely countryside, which even in December was great for easy walking. A nice selection of books and DVDs were great for relaxing evenings. The owner was very friendly and helpful when we needed to extend our stay. We're very happy to recommend the Haybarn.

The little touches like milk in the fridge with tea & coffee were waiting for us upon arrival. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could think of, down to a pizza cutter, hand-wash, and much more. You could even buy fresh eggs on site. The setting was beautiful, quiet, and tranquil. The host made the stay. He was so accommodating, friendly, and welcoming. We'll definitely be going back.
