Room was clean and tidy with everything that you might need. Check in was a breaze and love the key on your phone. Beds were of good quality and fluffy duvets kept us warm during the cold. Good quality fluffy towels and good water pressure in shower. Contactless check in was smooth and key access per phone was awesome
