Please note that Wengen is a car-free village. You can reach Wengen only by train. Park your car at Lauterbrunnen Station and take the train to Wengen. The train ride to Wengen takes approximately 12 minutes.The train from Lauterbrunnen to Wengen leaves every 30 minutes (each hour at :00 and :30), and every hour from 20:30 onwards (21:30, 22:30, 00:40 and 01:20).Please use the free telephone at the station in Wengen to call the hotel in order to be picked up.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Such a cute hotel, the views are absolutely stunning!! Breakfast was so tasty and fresh and the staff were so kind and efficient. The room was clean and had a little balcony, which was lovely in the evening. Small hill up to the accomodation but a really scenic walk so wasn't difficult. Loved this stay!

The location was perfect, and the view from our room and balcony was absolutely magical. I could fall asleep and wake up with the mountains right in front of me — which means so much to me as someone from Nepal. We originally booked for just two nights and three days, but we loved it so much that we decided to extend our stay. For the extra days, the hotel staff kindly upgraded us to a bigger and better apartment. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were always warm and welcoming. I truly wish we could have stayed longer. My boyfriend and I had the best vacation we’ve ever had together.

Beautiful location, excellent view, far enough from city center to enjoy calm evenings without the noise from bars downtown (only during high season), very friendly and helpful staff, decent breakfast with incredible view both of garden or the mountains. The hotel‘s name keeps its promise: the Alp‘s Serenity.

One of the most heartwarming places. The view from the rooms was amazing, and the bed was very soft and comfortable. The train station pick-up and drop-off were arranged in a very professional way, and the station is just a 10-minute walk away. The surrounding area is very nice and calm. Highly recommended for relaxing.
