Please note that Wengen is car-free and can only be reached by an 11-minute train ride from Lauterbrunnen. Pick-up from Wengen Train Station can be arranged for CHF 10.00. This is quite possibly the nicest hotel in which I have ever stayed. Ever. Comms with staff regarding booking were polite, efficient, friendly, obliging. Awesome location, with jaw-dropping views. AMAZING. Upon arrival, we were offered a drink, such a warm welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Fantastic customer service. Fresh flowers in the public areas, a nice touch. Comfortable, well-appointed room, with everything thought of.

The hotel is full of character and the staff were very helpful and friendly. It was a lovely surprise to have a welcome drink on arrival. Loved the ambiance. Very peaceful
