Guests will be contacted by the owner to arrange handover of the keys. Wengen is a car-free village. You can reach Wengen only by train. Park your car at Lauterbrunnen Station and take the train to Wengen. The train ride to Wengen takes approximately 15 minutes.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Great Location! Very close to the Wengen Train Station and Coop supermarket, which is right at the station. We were initially unsure about choosing Wengen as our base, but after spending six nights there, we’re so glad we did! The apartment has a wonderful view, is very clean, and located in a perfect neighbourhood. Wengen isn’t overly touristy, so no crowd issues. It has all the facilities — Wi-Fi, dishwasher, microwave, oven, washing machine, and dryer (shared). The apartment itself is beautiful, with a great kitchen, and my son had a lovely time there. Our unit had twin beds and not double bed but some how we three adjusted. On checkout day, we took a taxi to the station since we had two suitcases, two duffel bags, a stroller, and our 3-year-old. The path is very steep, so it wasn’t possible to carry everything at once. Apart from that, walking to and from the station was easy — the first day was even downhill. We’ll definitely stay here again if we return to Switzerland. If your itinerary is in the Jungfrau region, I highly recommend choosing this apartment and Wengen — you won’t regret it! We visited Grindelwald, Jungfraujoch (Top of Europe), Männlichen, Lauterbrunnen, Mürren, Gimmelwald, Lake Brienz, and Aare Gorge without any travel issues. Since Wengen is small, you save a lot of time reaching the station or grocery store. Trains from Lauterbrunnen run until around 9 PM. We didn’t eat at restaurants, but there are few nearby, along with good bakeries on the main street. All in all, we loved the apartment and Wengen — its charming little train station is one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen!
