Magnolia by the lake was clean and a real home away from home. Beds were very comfortable and extra blankets available if needed. Snacks and treats were left for us to enjoy. We enjoyed the recliner chair in the lounge and Netflix available for movies. Lovely courtyard garden. Felt private and safe. Off street parking available. Loved the location as close to city central/ lake and all the Wonderful things Ballarat has to offer. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Glad to have found this lovely home. Highly recommend to others and hope it's available for our next visit to Ballarat as we would love to stay again.

Amazingly comfortable cozy unit ! It has everything anyone would need for a stay away from their home ! Well equipped kitchen with all essentials supplies! A homely interior furniture with comfy beds , warm and clean house ! Easy check in/ check out with a wonderful communication from the management! I absolutely like this place , will definitely stay again on my next trip to town !
