Friendly and helpful check in, Sammy even went to fetch items that were not in reception and she delivered to our room. Earlier she had seen us splashed by sprinklers while unloading the car. While we had a laugh, she was also busy taking photos to show her GM - great initiative. Room was large and comfortable. There were 2 sinks and toiletries included body lotion.

Friendly , helpful staff. Our room was at the back side next to the train tracks. Noisy! The mattress was a bit bouncy, disturbed my husband when I move

The suites are beautiful and large. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Parking was plenty and free. We didn't use the pool, but it was noted that there were accessible chairs for differently abled visitors to be able to use the pool and hottub. Hallways are very wide, the door entrances for the suites are very large. I found the facilities as a whole very accessible.

Checking in was simple and the staff was helpful. There were entrances to the hotel in several locations with parking next to the entrance. By every entrance there was at least one cart to assist in carrying luggage.
