Great location to drive out of town or walk into town to see Wells. Accommodation is just enough for family of four. Good value too. Largely well maintained and equipped with most things working. Good shower, has parking, and quiet enough to sleep well. Lots of local information to get you going if you come unprepared. I would come back here again.

Pretty much everything. Ideal location for exploring Wells, but still feels like you're not in an urban area. Lovely place, everything you need on site. Lovely hosts. Amazing garden up at the house with the best view over wells.

Loved the location and accommodation. We were greeted warmly and the welcome gift of cheese wine and cake was unexpected but wonderful. The cottage is cool inside, a welcome relief from hot sun.

Generous provisions - fruit, cheese, cider etc - on our arrival. Lovely location and great welcome in the garden. A nice homely feel and very clean. Very comfortable beds with lovely bed linen.
