Location great. Facilities excellent and up to date (kitchen, sitting area, wifi TV etc). Main bedroom and beds very good. Didn't see our hostess but she was very helpful on the phone with all the information we needed about the house and the area.. Re breakfast no meals included (nor booked - mentioned only because you ask).

The cottage is very charming and very well equipped. We wished we had spent more time in this nice cottage to relax and to explore the surroundings.

Our stay was very brilliant!! The location was perfect for us - Rural but close to Wells if we needed anything, and close to many attractions with a short drive. The cottage is very homely, clean and has a lovely feel to it. Kate and Jon were always at hand if we needed anything and were perfect hosts. Would definitely recommend it for people wanting to get away for a while in peaceful surroundings but pretty close to lots of varied activities.
