Location. Yes it's in a car park. But it's a highly sought-after car park 2 minutes walk from the harbour. There is no significant noise from vehicles. Having designated spaces here was valuable. Nice cider place in a 30 second walk (other side of same car park). Loads of quality pubs and eateries in short walking distance. More basic fish n chips/ice cream options short distance too. House has loads of space, slightly quirky layout. Note that two single beds are on mezzanine within the shared living area - worked okay for us with some late-sleeping teenagers :) Kitchen well-stocked. Small courtyard out back very secluded, somehow managed to have sun on it all day. Thorough and pleasant comms from the hosts.

It is very central with sea view. The accommodation is of a high standard and the layout is lovely. Kitchen is well equipped and modern with all you need. The lounge is spacious and in December it was lovely to have the log burner on. Bedrooms are large and good quality furniture and linen. Views from the top floor are great. Would recommend

It's a great space for several people to relax and enjoy Wells from. Loved the huge comfortable lounge and dining area. The kitchen and it's facilities were the best I've come across. Hosts were very friendly and the wine and cake were a nice touch. The cinema room was good fun too.

Booked last minute for a family funeral really close for everything made a sad time a lot easier Easy access to staithe street the quay and the beach A pleasure to stay in
