We have stayed before and loved it, however that was 5 years ago. Everything was still the same but has become very tired. The windows need attention, settee is very worn, new mattress needed on double bed, bathroom skirting need a good clean and apartment needs a deep clean and a make over. Having said all that the price reflects the condition and we still had a lovely stay, just wouldn't recommend it to my friends & family.

Overall the accommodation was very good. Location, only 100m from the Quay, is hard to beat.

Great location in the heart of Wells but surprisingly quiet. Adjacent parking turned out to be quite good, providing you wanted to pay. Otherwise plenty of free parking only a short walk away. Lounge and dining area good and comfy as were the beds. The beds did seem a bit soft at first but we got used to them and were not an issue at all. Bathroom and shower no problem, all nice and clean. Good spacious living accommodation; there were 4 people staying and we didn't feel 'cramped' at any time.
