Good location and close to walk to our other venue. Comfortable beds and a nice cozy room. Good service and great instructions for late check ins. This is the second time I have stayed at this location.

The room had everything we needed. Parking was great and staff helped with luggage. Lovely weekend. The Takakina Çonvention Çenter was next door where we needed to be. Close to all of the restaurants too on Courtney place. Thank you U Residence Hotel.

The price drew me and we could have our dog there also. TV was good, bed was comfy. Nice sized room.

Stayed in room H which suited us well. Unfortunately we could not use the balcony due to weather conditions. We would suggest that a mirror could be fitted to the inside of RH closet door for use when bathroom is being used. Apart from that one suggestion we have no complaints what so ever.
