The entire staff across the frontline, restaurant, and housekeeping was remarkable and friendly, ensuring that every interaction was a delight. The moment you enter the building, the pleasant scent of air freshener sets a welcoming atmosphere, and the same delightful fragrance in the rooms adds a lovely finishing touch. The rooms were very tidy and spacious, with careful attention to detail throughout. The location is fantastic — close to public transport, the shopping centre, and many local amenities. I highly recommend it; I’ve left with cherished memories and will definitely return!
