This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation.Please note that parking is strictly subject to availability. Our car parking is extremely small, so only Hatchbacks and Small Sedans will be accommodated. SUVs, UTEs, vans, and any larger vehicles will not be accommodated due to size restrictions. The reception team can assist you with alternative parking sites near the hotel.All credit cards, international debit cards, and PayWave will incur a 2% surcharge. New Zealand EFTPOS cards or cash do not incur any surcharge.Due to health & safety reasons and emergency protocols, we do not allow any rooms with more than 4 guests at a time, including visitors.Please note that the 'Hotel Room - Internal - No Housekeeping' doesn't have windows.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Location can't be beat! Very close to the heart of the city and waterfront / Te Papa. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Great to have the facility to leave bags too.

The staff were super friendly, they looked after our bags before check in. We'd put in the booking notes that it was my birthday, and the staff said happy birthday. They had put a plate in the room with happy birthday on it in chocolate with a couple of little biscuits. It was really sweet! The shower was great, and the bed was super soft. It was all really clean. Breakfast was amazing, so many choices from healthy to big breakfast, eggs anyway you like and lots of different options!
