This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation.Please note that parking is strictly subject to availability. Our car parking is extremely small, so only Hatchbacks and Small Sedans will be accommodated. SUVs, UTEs, vans, and any larger vehicles will not be accommodated due to size restrictions. The reception team can assist you with alternative parking sites near the hotel.All credit cards, international debit cards, and PayWave will incur a 2% surcharge. New Zealand EFTPOS cards or cash do not incur any surcharge.Due to health & safety reasons and emergency protocols, we do not allow any rooms with more than 4 guests at a time, including visitors.Please note that the 'Hotel Room - Internal - No Housekeeping' doesn't have windows.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. All the staff we encountered were very friendly & helpful. The room was very comfortable & the hotel went the extra mile to make our stay special for my son’s birthday. The location was great - only a short walk to Te Papa, the waterfront & lots of great restaurants nearby.

Staff were very accommodating. We arrived well before the check in time of 2pm (totally expecting to drop off our bags and go kill some time), but told we could check in right away. This was so appreciated after a early morning red eye flight! Complimentary 11am check out on request. We were also offered a midday checkout for an extra $25. Great sized bathroom. Clean and modern.
