Breakfast was good with a decent variety. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The beds were comfy and despite the windows being single glazed it wasn't very loud. Good black out curtains.

The hotel is conveniently located on the hill, not far from the city center, featuring a pool and a sauna which are open until 11 pm

View from the room was fantastic, probably the best part of the stay. Great location. Very helpful Brazillian/South American gentleman in the front reception team, who was very knowledgeable and eager to help. The breakfast was fairly good (though wouldn't pay extra for it).

Liked the location set up on a hill away from town, yet close enough to reach it easily! Nice and quiet. Most of the staff were great, particularly in the dining area. Bed was very comfortable. 4pm chocolate fest was cool.
