This is a fabulous small hotel colonial design with superb beach views. Every detail is considered and the rooms are enormous with solid furniture and a large terrace. Lovely breakfasts served on terrace. Pool lovely and clean with solid sun lounges on and off beach. Even though on busy road traffic noise was minimal and double room door helped. Great location plenty of places to walk to

We had a wonderfully relaxed stay at Weligama Bay Resort. Everything was perfect. Our room had an amazing view over the sea, its rights on the beach and the food was delicious and varied. The staff were extremely warm and welcoming. Nothing was too much bother. Thank you.

The hotel is very well located and big. It has a nice spa inside as well as a beachfront. It is also closed to a lot of restaurants, shops, and beach clubs. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was nice as well.

The staff could not do enough to make us feel welcome and to help with any queries. For Weligama, the location, right on the beach, was excellent. The room was somewhat antiquated but had all that we wanted for a comfortable stay. Breakfasts were exceptional.
