The breakfast was exceptional, simple but so tasty. Very comfy bed and convenient location with a short walk to the beach and close by restaurants. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Room was really great and comfortable. Staff were lovely and went above to ensure we had a good stay. Location was less than a 2 minute walk to the beach which was great. Pizza restaurant was really delicious

The staff were really wonderful. They were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble . Having an amazing restaurant below our room was such a bonus . The food was exceptional. The breakfast selection was the best that we had In our 39 days in Sri Lanka. The bed was the most comfortable that we had. I think that this was our favourite place on our whole trip. We loved it so much that we stayed an extra night. This was really down to the staff and management. The locations was opposite the beach literally a 5 min walk. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here . It is exceptional. We have stayed in over 15 places on our trip and this place ticks every box . Unbelievable value for money!!

Comfortable cozy rooms with a 2-minute walk to the beach. Great included breakfast and nice pizza restaurant at night.
