This is a wonderful little alpine house with a modern studio apartment inside. The view from the balcony is amazing, the surroundings are quiet and the air smells like pine trees and fresh grass. The owner was very kind, there were eggs and cold drinks in the fridge, even though they were not included in the price. We had a great stay, thank you, Meier family! Advice to travelers: if you want to drive somewhere from here, I recommend you choose the route through the town of Weiz. We learned this the hard way when Google Navigation took us through steep farm roads.

The accommodation is located in a pleasant, secluded location, there is no car traffic. Very quiet, peaceful area with lots of animals. The hiking trail passes by the estate. The owners are very kind, attentive and friendly. The apartment is exceptionally well equipped and comfortable. The view is beautiful.

We booked this place as we wanted to escape from the New Year's Eve fireworks due to our doggo. It was the best place to do this. You could see the fireworks in the valley but hardly hear them outside and not at all inside. Access to personal sauna right in front of the entrance to the apartment was a cherry on top.
