Cosy, enough space for 2 people, kitchen super well equipped, fridge, dishwasher, cooking panel, hairdryer in the bathroom. Enough storage to unpack comfortably. Easy to park, close to multiple ski resorts as well. Close to Billa to buy food. Ski boot rack / dryer is a nice idea, we really appreciated having dry skiing boots in the morning!

Up hill location was perfect for us. Very authentic Austrian wooden house full of comfort and warmness inside. We had 2 kids with us and they were just happy to overlook mountains from windows. Ideal! As the house itself belongs to the farm facilities, there are rabbits and cows to see. Feeding rabbits is not prohibited. Inside you'll have all you need for very pleasant stay. We have selebrated 2024 here and cooked everything by ourself. Kitchen is equipped very well. While kids've been playing table games(which u'll find in the room), we enjoyed true warm family atmosphere.

Everything was perfect. Location is 20 min driving from Obertauern. Very comfortable, very well equipped kitchen. Clean and nice place. If we have opportunity we will go there again.
