The staff were great. The spa area was also nice. The food was excellent if a bit overpriced, however this is Switzerland. Thought the room could have been a bit bigger.

Beautiful lake view and a wonderful spa, especially the sauna and Turkish bath. The staff were very friendly, and we even received an unexpected complimentary Glühwein
