Mario Hotel was wonderful; the staff went above and beyond their duties to ensure our stay was comfortable. They were also very helpful in organizing our day tours and trip to the other side of the island. The location is excellent, on one of Sumba's famed beaches. The food was great.

Nice location right at the beach where you can watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The rooms are spacious and the facilities are nice, especially the pool is a perfect place to relax! The staff was also lovely and very helpful.

Remote, quiet and peaceful. If you like to stay off the beaten track, this is the place to go. Beautiful beach but too many rocks to swim.
