Very spacious and very well equipped. We stayed for a week, 2 adults and 2 children and had ample room. It was only a few minutes walk to the beach too which was lovely and clean. Withernsea centre is about a 15-20 minute walk (quicker without little ones I imagine) The owner was brilliant, went above and beyond to maintain contact before our arrival. It is tucked away from the main entertainment area so lovely and quiet on an evening , and plenty of parking too. We will definitely be returning.
