Lovely staff and nice dinner with good choice on menu. Nice restaurant atmosphere. Good size room. Good location near Oxford. Fresh milk in fridge available.

The Fox & Goat is in a good location, with easy access to M40. The room was great, situated in a converted barn next to the pub - well decorated and furnished, clean and surprisingly quiet. Bed was extremely comfy. The big surprise was the evening menu - whilst the on-line menu seemed to suggest the usual standard pub fare, there were many special options on the blackboards all of which showed some effort and imagination had gone into them. They also had a special steak night going on. No surprise that the restaurant was packed, even on a Wednesday evening.

Very friendly service. Room had all facilities necessary - even fresh milk in the fridge. And plenty of sockets to plug in phones, computers etc.
