The breakfast was very good quality, varied and well presented. The spa facilities were very good and the garden was beautiful. Our host was very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were very clean with some very nice touches.

My husband and I stayed for two nights in September and we found James and Victoria to be the perfect hosts. We had a seven hour journey to get to the B & B, we arrived late due to traffic and were greeted with a friendly smile and an offer of a cup of tea. Our room was quiet, the private bathroom was well equipped and spacious, the bed was comfy and bedroom was very clean. Breakfast was delicious! On our last day James very kindly agreed to take me on a tour of their beautifully well kept garden and introduced me to lots of exciting and unusual plants, I was thoroughly inspired!

Staying at South View was a really lovely unique b&b experience. Victoria is so friendly and welcoming. Our room was lovely with a very comfy bed. Breakfast was really tasty. Eggs Florentine was great with lots of lovely fruit and 4 or 5 different homemade jams. Eggs were from their own chickens. Then outside James, who is a gardener by profession, has created the most amazing tropical themed garden. You're first word will be Wow! Oh, then there is a hot tub and sauna as well!
