The fine print
A valid phone number and a complete mailing address are required; otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled immediately.Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. The agreement must be sent within 48 hours after the booking was made. Minimum age requirement for primary guest must be met for rental of multiple rooms or full house rental as stated in the rental agreement.Guests are required to show a photo ID and a credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.Housekeeping services for the Holiday Home can be arranged for an additional charge of CAD 160 per stay.Cleaning Fee of $175.00 is required with any 3 or 4 bedroom reservation. This will be added to your bill and paid directly at the property including the tax of 13%

This accommodation is absolutely the best I’ve ever visited. The house is spacious, well maintained and everything you can think off, is there (and for you to use). The host is ever so friendly. She’s available, yet not noticeably there. This is of a standard I’ve niet met before.
