The location was just perfect. The cottage was beautiful and cosy, with a lovely view of the sea. Nice quiete area I will highly recommend this place.

Lovely homely cottage. Clean and comfortable. Short walk in to Niantic. The beach pass for waterford beach was amazing, we used this during our stay. Perfect accomodation for a short break.

What a delightful and lovely cottage! We found cottage 15 to be spacious, well equipped, very clean and beautifully designed. Marina Bay Cottages are located in a fantastic location. Close to beaches, restaurants, shops, and the Block Island ferry. The clubhouse was enjoyed by our family of four. Great for a short or long term stay. We found Felipe, the manager, to be very attentive and helpful. These cottages are a must stay!
