Nicely located just out of Waterford city, but close enough for convenience. Comfortable and clean room. Breakfast included, nice touch. Warm welcome. Perfect for a short stopover.

The accommodation represented value for money providing comfy rooms and a good breakfast, it was not premium accommodation but it does not claim to be, but is quiet and well placed for onward travel and to explore Waterford only ten minutes distant.
