Apartment very light and airy. Ok walk to the lakeside (if you are mobile). Only a 10 min drive to Lindau (which is lovely) by car.

The apartment is located in a quiet part of the village. The location is excellent: the train station is 300 meters away, and the bus station is just as close. The village center, with a charming little square, is 400 meters from the accommodation. We had secure parking on-site. The lake itself is about a 10-minute walk away. Several biking and walking trails run through the village. Wasserburg itself boasts a fantastic location. The town is about an hour's walk away, or 15-minute bike ride, or even faster by train (we received free tourist passes for public transport from the tourist office). The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. However, we came here to spend most of our time outdoors, enjoying the beautiful lake, fresh air, scenery, food, and countless biking and walking trails, rather than staying inside the apartment. The apartment is plenty of room for a couple or a small family. The terrace is also a nice spot to have a cup of coffee or read a book. If we return to Bodensee, we would definitely choose this apartment again because it offers an excellent balance of price, quality, location, and everything else

Wasserburg is very quiet town, which is a pleasant change after visiting a number of big cities. The property is 5-10 minutes walk to most things you will need ie Train. Cafe. Restaurant. Grocery & 15min walk to the ferry. Great place to wind down for a few days
