Free breakfast- options were varied each day. Even if it was just a coffee and a pastry it saves money. Staff were friendly- all staff friendly and approachable and helpful throughout stay. Gym and pool facilities clean and well maintained. Laundry facilities is helpful when going away for extended vacation. Fully stocked kitchenette. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Excellent location just beside metro green line, next to many restaurants and bars and grocery store within 10 min walk.

Very good location, in front of a metro station and with many cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, convenience shop and other facilities around. The room was large, clean and comfortable, with a good sized kitchen. A good cooked breakfast (buffet style). Most staff were friendly (special thanks to Debbie - front desk and Shawnae - breakfast and Keith, the Operations Manager - for making our experience more enjoyable!)

Very good location, in front of a metro station and with many cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, convenience shop and other facilities around. The room was large, clean and comfortable, with a good sized kitchen. A good cooked breakfast (buffet style). Most staff were friendly (special thanks to Debbie - front desk and Shawnae - breakfast - for making our experience more enjoyable!) A big shout out: during our stay we had an operational issue with our room on Christmas Day and some staff had to put in an extra effort to get things sorted. Thankfully our issue was solved to our satisfaction, due to the efforts of Keith (Operations Manager) - he was professional, followed up at every step and kept his word. Dowie, the responsible for maintenance also deserves a praise.
