Location was great, quiet area, especially inside the university, but close enough to interesting places to visit and public transport. Hotel Shuttle to Union Station was a bonus as well.

I liked the price valid for my Genius level. I loved the location of the hotel: it is really close to the city center. When I asked for some shower gel, they gave me some.

The receptionist found out it was my daughter’s 13th birthday and she gave us complimentary parking passes for the night. She was so helpful and kind it was a beautiful hotel and we felt very safe there.
