Great location, the hotel is being renovated and as a consequence the air conditioning unit in our room was so noisy the nearside bed needed to wear noise cancelling headphones.

The gouse keeping is pathetic..... they didn't even clean our room even after telling them to do so. Had a bitter experience.

We liked that it was close to Union station, and tours and trolleys started here. There are plenty of options to eat at Union station. Staff were good at the hotel, free bottles of waters were provided, refrigerator in room, ample amount of shampoo, and body wash were available daily. The room size was good, and generally, the hotel was clean.
