**Subject:** Feedback on Stay – Hyatt Place Georgetown Dear Booking.com, I would like to provide feedback on our recent stay at **Hyatt Place Georgetown** from **14–16 March 2025**, which was booked through your platform. Firstly, we want to highlight the positives of our stay. The hotel was in a good location in Washington, making it easy to uber to explore the city. Our room was well-appointed, beautifully clean, and very comfortable I had a view from my room, which added to the overall experience. The bathroom was good with excellent hot water and good amenities The hotel itself had a modern and welcoming atmosphere, and we appreciated the attention to cleanliness and maintenance.

Breakfast - Decent spread but missed the pancakes/ waffles for kids. Very crowded during 8AM even difficult to get a table. Room- King bed with a sofa; good lightings, bathroom was clean and neat. Housekeeping changed the sheets and towels daily. Location- 10-12 min drive from all the historic location.

Breakfast - Decent food, missed the pancakes/ waffles which we usually get for kids. Breakfast starts from 6:30 AM until 9:00AM (weekdays) very very busy during 8AM; difficult to even get a table.
