The friendliest receptionist (3 different ones) that I have ever encounter in all of the US! Clean rooms, good breakfast. General clean 10/10. Friendly breakfast staff.

The room was very spacious and clean. Staff was really helpful. Breakfast was included, and the taste was okay. They reviews seems bad for this place. And I completely disagree. Place was way better than some of the reviews. I got a room with 2 double beds. Interesting to see a microwave in the room.

We booked another property which on check-in stated that all third party (not booked directly with them) reservations were not reflected in their systems. To make things worse, THEY WERE OVERBOOKED. After searching the internet, we saw availability online and called ahead. Heather was a God-send after that int'l flight and was reassuring throughout the re-booking process. She was the beacon of both professionalism and empathy needed to not lose my mind.
