Shortly after our arrival, we were informed by the hotel staff that there was an issue with the pool. Breakfasts were excellent, and the evening bar and drinks were fantastic. During our stay, the fire alarm went off around 4:00 a.m. The hotel staff handled the situation exceptionally well — the evacuation was smooth and well-coordinated! Yes, it was 4:00 in the morning, but safety was clearly a top priority for the hotel team. Huge credit to the staff — bravo!

Tere at the front desk checked us in and was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite simple but good. Friendly staff. Room cleaning was great. Access to the area free shuttle bus was handy.

Big room, great facilities, the gym works 24 hours and there is a pool on the roof! The staff were very nice and everything was clean and tidy.

Location was better than I had anticipated. Five minute Walk to lots of restaurants and shops. About a mile and a half walk to the mall. We rented scooters at the wharf and it was fun and easier to get around. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast buffet was expensive, but good. Rooms are comfortable. My suggestion would be to ask for a room away from the elevator.
