Location is very close to public transport (Metro Columbia Heights). The building is nice. The apartment is well-equipped. When a problem arose, the property manager addressed the issue and provided a refund, very fair behavior. The instructions on how to get to the property were clear and useful, as well as instructions in the property about the air conditioning and use of the microwave oven. The shopping area (Lidl, Target) is very close.

The apartment was really confortable and it had more than enough space for our family of five, including our luggage, both in the rooms and in the kitchen The apartment was very well equipped. We made intensive use of the kitchen and also of the washing machine and the dryer. We didn't miss anything at all (cutlery, pans, dishes, coffee capsules, washing powder.... ) The indications and the support provided by the staff thru the app were very useful and we didn't have any issue ay all with their help.

Location nice area. 10 minute easy walk to metro and grocery store. Small space but described well on bookings page. Comfy enough.
