Our room was lovely, large, nicely decorated and bright and airy. The bathroom was spotless and the addition of toiletries and tea/coffee facilities was great too. Breakfast was well planned choosing your time slot when you check in. The service was good however we were unsure if we could have cereal etc as nothing was said or advertised so we just ordered coffee and waited for our full English which was totally worth the wait. Piping hot and a great hearty breakfast. Having the option to park at the sports centre was great, only a 5 minute walk away and the location for our day at the races was perfect, 5 minute stroll away.

Very comfortable bed in a clean room. Ample and varied meals well presented. There is parking available and the stay was seamless. We have stayed here previously and wouldnt return to places that did not meet a standard.

Everything. From the very warm welcome to the accommodation. Had very spacious bedroom that was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included with plenty of choice and delicious. ..as were the evening meals. Parking was provided a short walk away.. The location was excellent, within about a 15 minute walk to Warwick castle. Many thanks to all the staff for making our stay so good

Lovely place very very clean the staff were so friendly the breakfast was delicious.We stayed in room 11 it was so quiet the bed was so comfy and everything you needed.So close to the castle and the centre of warwick
