Gorgeous property, roomy, clean and great location. The beds were really comfy and fans were provided as it was a hot day.

Beautiful home, luxuriously furnished, full of character and a great suntrap courtyard. Cosy living spaces just right for both catching up with friends or keeping out of each other's space for bigger groups. Amazing facilities [BBQ, free parking, huge fridge-freezer] and eye-popping decor which we loved. Easy communication with the hosts, and perfect location for anywhere in Warwick. Comfortable beds and every room was different - the fourposter room was something else!

Wow. The house was lovely - beyond our expectations. Fabulous location and great parking facilities. The house had everything you needed (the kitchen was better equipped than mine!). All furniture and furnishings were of excellent quality. We arrived at the house on a wet, cold afternoon - the lights were, scented candles lit and heating on to welcome us; felt like the house was giving us a welcome hug. The hosts couldn't have been more helpful in confirming our visit and answering all of my questions and queries. I cannot recommend the house highly enough - if you want to visit Warwickshire, there is no better place you could find to stay. I'll definitely be going back!
