Bed was broken very uncomfortable didn’t tell staff that night as we arrived late and didn’t realise until gone 1am But following morning told staff but she said well first we’ve herd

The lady on reception Charlie was so helpful my son is autistic and was overwhelmed she was so understanding and helped .
