It was very clean and comfortable we had very nice weather. And could sit outside. The extras were a very nice touch. Great location and easy to walk into Warwick. We will be back for sure.👍

No breakfast. Location was great and it wasn’t far to walk to get to the castle. The house was clean and well decorated.

Conveniently located for Warwick, Leamington and Stratford Upon Avon, and a local Sainsburys on your doorstep. Great pub around the corner and a choice of take-away prociders. Beautiful town house with all facilities you need. It's was perfect for a small family of three, with a 14 year old. We were very happy.
