The fine print
There is a small car park with 7 spaces. Guests are not able to reserve parking spaces, they are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.There is parking across the road from the property, which offers free parking after 15:00, until 11:00 the next day, and is free all day Sunday.Extra beds cannot be accommodated in the Standard Double Rooms.Please note late check in after 22:00 is only possible upon prior arrangement with the property.

Large room, bathroom etc. Very comfortable bed. Local shop, cafes, takeaways and restaurants nearby. Helpful staff.

Very pleasant helpful staff. Very clean, good facilities, in a great location for Warwick Town centre. Restaurants and shops virtually on the door stop. It was on a busy street but super quiet couldn't hear the traffic.
