The room was big and comfortable, with a lovely breakfast made to order. Parking was easy and I enjoyed a great night's sleep.

Mark & Jessie are warm hosts & made our stay very comfortable. They were accommodating to all our requests & will surely stay again when next in Warwick/ Leamington Spa. Will recommend them for anyone who needs to stay in this city.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. A bacon sandwich was prepared for me overnight due to me needing to get up and leave early the next morning.
