mair “A comfortable, quiet stay at the heart of Warsaw”

Our room was comfortable and spacious. This was our second stay at the Sheraton Grand, and again we found it suprisingly quiet despite it being a busy hotel in a busy area. When I sleep, darkness is almost as important to me as quiet, so I was pleased that the heavy curtains blocked out the light from outside. The breakfasts at the Sheraton Grand are fabulous, though the dining room was a bit too bustly for comfort. I suppose this is to be expected at weekends in Warsaw.

their was on the reception a girl see was not nice at all, secondly i have informed the hotel a vew days later that i have forgot my book in the room, please check at the lost things and till now they did not reply

Good service and really nice room. Nothing to complain about. I did not have breakfast, so I can't review it. It was easy to get around from the hotel
