The staff was absolutely amazing! We had a flight cancellation and problems with a taxi. The staff at the reception really showed up to make our unexpected stay in Warsaw feel like home!

Very friendly staff at the reception and everywhere else; excellent breakfast, very clean and spacious room, comfy beds, nice (small) gym in the basement with complimentary water bottles. We liked that we could open the windows a bit for natural airing. Great shower.
