Another amazing experience at Leonardo Royal, after Nuremberg location. The room was smaller but same level.of quality, free watter, free coffee and overall amazing sleeping quality. The breakfast was excellent and overall stay was top. Also good location (bus 175 from airport and nice 20-30 minutes walk to Old Town).

The location is very good and allows to go around very easily, both by public transportation and by walking. However, we felt the hotel good benefit from some maintance works.

Sadly this hotel wasn’t what we had expected. It wasn’t nearly as nice as the other 3 hotels we stayed at in Poland. The hotel is large and the reception area a mess. Badly organised overly busy and a poor layout which didn’t help the stress staff. We were on a European tour by car from the uk so thousands of miles traveled in different countries with different driving styles etc. A warm welcome, a smile a friendly demeanour makes all the difference on arrival. Sadly the Leonardo had none of this. I would assume this to be a business hotel as there were exams going on and a lot of people milling around with laptops open ? The room was large but it had a tired feeling to its interior. The area around the hotel was business style and we needed to take taxis in and out of town every day. Breakfast was a bun-fight again with so many people milling around.
