Directions: If you are traveling by car, remember that Krakowskie Przedmieście street is closed to car traffic, to get to the hotel you need to use Oboźna or Karasia streets. Please Enter Oboźna 11 street in your GPS. Upon arrival, contact the hotel reception to open the parking gate.A surcharge of 50 PLN applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.The building is equipped with two lifts and is accessible for wheelchair users (entrance from the hotel Patio). If you have any questions, please contact reception.If travelling with a pet, please inform reception prior to your planned arrival (the hotel has dedicated rooms for staying with a pet).Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Everything! Room was lovely, bed was soooo comfortable with silky soft bed linen. Bathroom well equipped with lovely fluffy towels and nice toiletries (Rituals) Staff were really lovely and very helpful.

The location was excellent, halfway along the royal route, so convenient for the commercial centre and the old town. Some nice restaurants within a few minutes walk eg. Flava and Informal. It's an easy bus ride to the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bedding was very comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped with welcome extras eg. Tissues, a proper hairdryer and good mirrors. All very clean.

The beds were very comfortable. Rooms were spacious. Hotel smelled amazing. Location was perfect.
